ASDS recognizes the generosity of our members wo are helping to ensure our strong, vibrant organization endures and grows to guide the aspirations of the next generation of dermatologic surgeons by including ASDS in their estate plans through the Legacy Circle.
These member donors have named ASDS as the beneficiary of a planned gift. Such gifts might include a bequest, appreciated securities, gifts of retirement accounts, gifts of life insurance and/or charitable income gifts, such as charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder unitrusts, charitable remainder annuity trusts.
There are four tiers of Legacy Circle giving:
Tier 1 is for members who commit to gift between $50,000 and $100,000. They will receive a yearly anniversary gift to recognize their commitment.
Tier 2 is for members who commit to gift between to $101,000 and $200,000. They also will receive the yearly anniversary gift and a memorial gift for the member's family at the time of their passing.
Tier 3 is for members who commit to gift between $201,000 and $300,000. They also will receive the yearly anniversary gift, a memorial gift for the member's family at the time of their passing, and a named cosmetic or reconstructive preceptorship award in their honor.
Tier 4 is for members who commit to gift over $300,000. They will receive the benefits from Tiers 1 2, and 3 plus a named educational scholarship in their honor.
